Campanil Neighborhood Information

• What is it like to live in Campanil, Santa Barbara CA? •

Campanil is a rather quiet, picturesque area with lush landscape, larger size lots with oftentimes stunning views, either of the ocean and islands, or the mountains and city - or all, in some cases. From the top of Campanil Drive you enjoy amazing and seemingly endless mountain, city and ocean views (pictured above).

Property styles found here are mostly Mediterranean, Ranch style and some contemporary. Many of the homes here have very private and gated settings - very similar to the neighboring Hope Ranch community.

The lower portion of this neighborhood along Allan Rd is comprised of smaller, cottage style homes and has a very beachy feel to it. Arroyo Burro Open Space (park area) can be found here. Elings Park with all its biking and hiking trails, playgrounds, paragliding and open fields is nearby as well. With walking distance to Hendry’s Beach this neighborhood is very convenient and desirbale for the ultimate beach lover.
