The Alta Mesa neighborhood stretches into the hillside above the Mesa with lots of wonderful ocean, city and mountain views from an elevated angle.
The area is mainly comprised of single family California and Ranch style homes. But also some Contemporary and Mediterranean. Contrary to some of the other hillside neighborhoods, Alta Mesa for the most part doesn’t feel as steep with its wider streets and gentle climb - Although there are some exceptions to this.
